Thank you for choosing Annod Power Printing. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and printed within 3 business day after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering if you're on a tight timeline.

Processing time does not include shipping time. During high-demand seasons (weddings, galas, holidays), please allow extra time.

Shipping Costs

Where applicable, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Local pickup is also available at no charge for customers in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States via standard carriers. Estimated delivery times:

Local delivery (DMV area): [3-5 business days]
Standard shipping (U.S.): [5-9 business days]

International Shipping

Service Interruptions

Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we'll notify you as soon as possible and work to get it to you quickly.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Our No-Refund Policy

Because every print is custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and approved.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match the approved proof, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that means a reprint or another solution to fix the issue.
