Welcome to Annod Power Printing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Annod Power Printing. By submitting an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: [credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.]. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Full payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for large event orders).

3. Order Fulfillment

• Orders begin processing once payment is received and, where applicable, artwork/design is approved.

• Estimated processing and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing begins. Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved file.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill the request.

4. Custom Products, Refunds, and Exchanges

All prints are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been approved and placed into production.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue, which may include a reprint or another appropriate resolution, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website — including logos, designs, graphics, and text — is the property of Annod Power Printing and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

• By submitting artwork or design files for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify Annod Power Printing against any claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to your submitted materials.

• We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

6. Modifications to Services or Products

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, service, or feature of our website at any time, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms periodically; continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Annod Power Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
